QYD-1800 crawler fully hydraulic core exploration drilling rig adopts rope core drilling rig with full hydraulic power head drilling method, and the core drilled by the drilling tool is lifted out by the winch through the inner hole of the drill pipe to complete the geological drilling core work. It is mainly suitable for drilling solid ore deposits, and can also be used for engineering geology, shallow oil, natural gas, groundwater drilling, and engineering drilling such as tunnel ventilation, drainage and dike grouting.

2.1 Equipped with a wireless remote control, the drilling rig can be remotely controlled to prevent sudden dangers.

2.2 The rig is fully hydraulic driven, and the hydraulic system adopts load sensitive control, with high working efficiency and high torque.

2.3 The rotation of the power head is driven by an axial piston pump and a double bent‑axis piston motor, featuring two mechanical gears combined with stepless speed regulation. The structure is advanced.

2.4 A cylinder double‑speed feed mechanism is adopted, ensuring smooth and reliable movement, and the unit is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism for the power head.

2.5 Hydraulic gripper to achieve clamping drill pipe, with drill pipe disassembly.

2.9 The 270L large-capacity aluminum fuel tank is equipped with a level gauge and an oil temperature gauge, allowing timely monitoring of the oil level and the instantaneous temperature of the diesel. Inside the tank, tank supports are also provided to reinforce the tank and prevent deformation.
