DL-400 drilling rig is a water well drilling rig that mix mud drilling rig and air drilling rig in one equipment with mechanical top head. It is a good solution to the difficulty of drilling in the soil layer for DTH rig and the low efficiency of drilling for mud rotary rig in the hard rock, gravel and pebble layer. The mud/air drilling rig adapts to various soil strata. The mud/air drilling rig is efficiency and energy saving to drill water well and geological exploration of core sample.

2.Features of JDL-400 mechanical top drive water and air dual purpose drilling rig

（1）Equipped with hydraulic steel crawler, strong off-road capability;

（2） Equipped with 4 hydraulic square tube high outriggers for auxiliary support and getting on and off..

（3） The left and right sides of the drilling rig are equipped with drill pipe racks and foot pedals, and the design is user-friendly.

（4）The front end of the drilling rig is equipped with an auxiliary rod unloading cylinder, which is convenient for loosening the drill rod.

（5）The drilling rig uses dual oil pumps to supply oil, and the hydraulic system uses the technology of shunt and confluence, and the power head rises and falls rapidly.

（6）The hydraulic oil pump and the power are directly connected by the coupling, and the drilling rig can climb and move powerfully.

（7） AMT manual gearbox is adopted, and its speed range and torque can meet the requirements of water and gas drilling at the same time.

（8）Equipped with an electronically controlled shifter, one-key operation can quickly switch the speed, forward and reverse, and jog.
